ECX Big Pack v.8.4 is latest vesion, Goku and Vegeta SSJ4 transform, Super Gogeta SSJ4!!!etc. You can play Goku and Vegeta SSJ4 transform, Fight until you gain 10,000,000 powerlevel or more at BASE form. Then lower your Health to under 15 HP and transform. You will either turn Kid Goku or GT form Vegeta respectfully. From there you must gain 12,000,000 in that form. Once you have that amount, wish for the moon and transform again. If you try to transform too early, the character will pause and give you a slight hint as to what you need to do.
